Privacy notice
Last updated: 18 October 2026 · Launch page and email updates
Who is responsible
JATC LLP, trading as Tier One Pro, is the data controller. It is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registration number OC349991).
Privacy contact: Martin Soorjoo, coaching@martinsoorjoo.com. Correspondence address: 5 St John’s Lane, London EC1M 4BH, United Kingdom.
This notice covers the launch page, email sign-up and related enquiries. Membership, payment and coaching activities will have further privacy information before they begin.
Information and purposes
We collect your email address and a sign-up record, including date, source and consent wording. Enquiries include the information you send us. Hosting and font-delivery services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser requests to display and protect the site.
With your consent, we send Tier One Pro launch updates and membership details. Signing up is voluntary; without your email we cannot send updates. It creates no membership or payment obligation. We do not automatically add you to TSE or other marketing lists.
Our legitimate interests are answering enquiries, running and securing the website, preventing spam and addressing legal claims. We keep necessary compliance records and handle rights requests and complaints to meet legal obligations.
Confidentiality and service providers
Your email is kept confidential. We never sell or rent your details, or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Netlify hosts the website and stores sign-ups. Microsoft 365, supplied through GoDaddy, handles our business email, including sign-up notifications and enquiries. Providers and authorised support staff receive information only as necessary for their services, subject to confidentiality and data-protection arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary for legal claims.
No separate email-marketing platform is connected to this form. We will update this notice before introducing one.
International processing
Netlify and our email providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published terms provide transfer protections, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or standard contractual clauses with UK provisions. You can request details or copies of applicable safeguards by email. Technical font requests may also be handled outside the UK; see below.
How long information is kept
Launch-list information: until launch communications conclude, you unsubscribe, or 12 months after sign-up, whichever comes first. We will not move you to an ongoing newsletter without a separate choice.
Enquiries: normally up to 12 months after closure. Limited records needed for complaints, legal duties or claims are kept until that need ends.
We retain minimal consent and opt-out records where needed to demonstrate compliance and prevent resubscription, reviewing that need annually. These are not used for marketing.
Technical-log retention follows provider schedules for delivering and securing services, diagnosing faults and investigating abuse. Records needed for an unresolved incident or legal obligation may be retained until that purpose ends.
Cookies, fonts and security
This page has no advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Inter fonts load from rsms.me if not available locally: that delivery service receives technical request information, not the email you enter. We will explain new tracking and obtain consent where required.
We restrict access and use secure connections. No online system is completely risk-free. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe at any time using the method in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us; we normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension.
For privacy complaints, email us. We acknowledge within 30 days and investigate, update you and explain the outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/, or another competent authority where applicable.
Changes
We will update this notice when practices change and explain material new uses before they begin. Updating it does not expand your marketing consent.
